When?

  • The seminar starts Sunday 20 November at 16.00 (with registration and check-in beginning at 14:00) enabling most participants to arrive during the day.
  • The seminar ends Tuesday 22 November with lunch at 13:00.

Please note that participants are expected to be able to take part in the full programme.

Rooms are reserved for all participants at Bella Sky for two nights from 20-22 November 2016. The two nights will be covered by the Nordplus administration.

If you wish to spend additional nights at the hotel, you must cover these nights yourself and book them with the hotel directly.

How to apply for participation?

You must apply for participation by filling out this application form. The deadline for submission is 5th of October 2016.

All applicants will be notified if they have been selected to participate by 21st of October. The seminar can accommodate a maximum of 150 participants. Following the selection there will be a separate registration procedure for the seminar. More information about the registration and practicalities will be sent directly to the selected participants.

Seminar fee and travel grant

The contact seminar is a free event and includes:

  • 2 days contact seminar with full programme including materials
  • 2 nights of accommodation at Hotel Bella Sky
  • All meals during the seminar

Please note that an extra grant of 150 € is provided if the distance between the participant´s hometown and the nearest international airport, train or bus station in home country is more than 250 km.

The travel grant will be reimbursed to each organisation after the event has taken place.

Furthermore all participants are provided a travel grant based on the following travel rates:

Sweden 200 €
Finland 300 €
Iceland 450 €
Estonia 300 €
Latvia 300 €
Lithuania 300 €
Greenland 1300 €
Faroe Islands 400 €
Åland Islands 200 €

Getting there

The hotel is located between the airport (6 kilometres) and the city centre (8 kilometers). There is no shuttle bus service to the hotel.

From Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup): the easiest option is to take metroline 2 at the airport and change for metroline 1 (destination Vestamager st.) at Christianshavns St. and get off at metro station Bella Center located just 100 meters from the hotel.

You can also take the train from the airport (destination Helsingør st.) and get off at Ørestad st., change for metroline 1 (destination Vestamager st.) and get off at Bella Center.

From Copenhagen city center: you can either take metroline 1 (destination Vestamager st.) from Nørreport st. and get off at Bella Center or take the train to Malmø from either Nørreport st./Copenhagen Central station and get off  “Ørestad”, change for metroline 1 (destination Vestamager st.) and get off at Bella Center.

Taxa from the airport cost approximately 25 euros.
